Hyperfly loses its bid for hyperfly.ai
Combat sports brand Hyperfly filed a WIPO complaint over hyperfly.ai, owned by investor James Booth. The three-member panel found no proof of bad-faith registration and use.
The panel noted that the name is used by many unrelated businesses and that the brand is mostly known in martial arts circles. It concluded Booth most likely bought the domain as part of a larger batch of brandable two-word AI names. A request to find reverse domain name hijacking was declined.
