Act.ai at $375,000 leads 13 .ai names on DNJournal's Top 20 for late September
· Summary of an article by Ron Jackson, DN Journal
DNJournal's bi-weekly Top 20 for 21 September to 4 October was topped by Mogul.com at $1.3 million, but .ai names filled the next four places and 13 of the 20 slots in total. Act.ai sold for $375,000 at Spaceship, which DNJournal counts as the fourth-largest .ai sale reported so far in 2026, ahead of Critical.ai and Pad.ai at $150,000 each, Longitude.ai at $115,000 and Conquest.ai at $100,000.
All of the charted .ai sales went through Spaceship and were released together on X by its founder Rick Kirkendall; lower down, Q2.ai brought $95,000, Tuna.ai $89,000 and Res.ai $71,000. For buyers, the chart shows that dictionary words and short letter combinations in .ai now regularly change hands in the high five to low six figures.
