Where to Buy a .ai Domain in 2026: Marketplaces Compared

Atom

A marketplace focused on brandable names with set prices. Leo.ai sold there for $150,000.

Expired .ai auctions

.ai names that are not renewed are auctioned. Namecheap has run these auctions since 2025 (Dynadot ran them before). Prices start low but good names attract many bidders: blockchain.ai sold for $405,000. Check the history of a name before you bid.

Brokers

For a name that is not listed, a broker can approach the owner for you, usually for a commission. Wisdom.ai ($750,000) was bought this way after two years of talks.
